- Kenn Blanchard is the author of Black Man With A Gun; A Responsible Gun Ownership Manual for African Americans, published in 2000. The former Marine, was a federal police officer and counter-terrorist agent and now an advocate for self defense, legal gun ownership and personal responsibility. Known internationally as the Black Man With A Gun from the site of the same name. He has been featured on radio talk shows across the country, in the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Washington Times, Washington Business Journal, has been the guest on numerous talk radio and featured in a the movie, “Michael & Me” (2004) and the BBC’s documentary “Charles Dickens in America; My American Journey” (2004), Fox News 5, WJLA TV 7. He is now actively involved in a weekly podcast for law-abiding, fun loving gun owners of the worlds’ cities called the Urban Shooter Podcast.
